Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled service, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your service, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full booking cost. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us immediately by either calling us at 720-843-9066 or sending an email to cathybe@milehighcompanions.com. Please include your name, booking date, and pet's name in your cancellation message. Your cancellation is not considered complete until you receive a confirmation email or phone call from us acknowledging your request. Exceptions may be made in cases of documented emergencies at our discretion.
