Description:
Mile High Companions is seeking a detail-oriented, animal-loving Executive Assistant to streamline and support daily operations. You’ll work closely with the founder to manage schedules, coordinate with pet care professionals, and ensure a smooth client experience as we scale. You will also be the voice and heart behind our communications. You’ll serve as the bridge between pet parents and our team—making sure every inquiry, booking, and follow-up reflects the love and care we bring to every visit. You will be responsible to grow and engage our online community through our Instagram and Reels, help launch campaigns like “Beyond the Breed”, and spotlight the unique pets we serve and places we explore.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily logistics and manage sitter availability.

Maintain internal systems for bookings, service delivery, and client satisfaction.

Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of new contractors.

Send pre-visit reminders and post-visit check-ins.

Bookkeeper/Accountant
Location: Remote

Description:
Mile High Companions is looking for a reliable Bookkeeper / Accountant to keep our growing pet care business financially healthy and compliant. You’ll manage basic bookkeeping, categorize expenses, and help with quarterly tax payments.
Responsibilities:

As we grow, Mile High Companions needs a knowledgeable Legal & Compliance Advisor to keep our agreements, policies, and insurance aligned with industry standards. You’ll help protect our brand, our team, and the pets we serve.
Responsibilities:

About the Role:
Mile High Companions is looking for a values-aligned systems thinker to support early-stage systems architecture using MBSE practices (SysML/Cameo). This is a unique opportunity to co-shape a mission-driven service model while gaining experience in applied systems design for human-centered services.
